Practice Being Present: Guided Meditation

Have you been practicing living in the present?

I know it may seem hard at first, but as I said before, practice makes perfect! Remember, learning to live in the present is one of the best decisions you will make for yourself in life. You will be happier when you are conscious, aware and taking in each moment of your life with all your senses — to the fullest!



It’s not easy to change your habit and focus on the now — but it is possible! I know, because I have done it and it is a continuing journey. For me, the biggest thing that has been helping me to live in the present moment is through guided meditation.

If you’re not used to sitting in stillness, or used to meditating and you find yourself constantly bombarded with thoughts — then guided meditation may just be a thing for you. It is exactly what it sounds like: you are being guided throughout the entire meditation. I can go into detail and explain how it works, but why not just let you experience it for yourself?

I downloaded this meditation as an audio for my phone so I can have it with me wherever I go and listen to it when I get the chance! You’ll feel incredible when you do. Don’t take my word for it though, experience it for yourself.
